Breaking Glass Pictures has released the Chad Ferrin film collection, and all six films are available to stream on multiple platforms. Each film in the collection is written and directed by Chad Ferrin, and they are described as “some of the most extreme, cult-driven genre films currently circulating in the underground horror space.

These are not your every day “horror light” movies, they lean more towards cult films, and are considered to be “boundary-pushing genre cinema.” If your film taste includes extreme horror, these might be right in your wheelhouse.

Let’s take a look at the films included in the Chad Ferrin horror collection:

Unspeakable: Beyond the Wall of Sleep – Inspired by H. P. Lovecraft’s Beyond the Wall of Sleep, this film features Edward Furlong and Robert Miano. When James Fhelleps is placed in Arkham Asylum after molesting his own daughter, his behavior begins to amp up and become violent over time. This inspires oneirologist Ambrose London (Furlong) to study the man.

The Old Ones – Sea Captain Russel Marsh has not been the same since 1930, and his body is now inhabited by a Great Old One. As such, he committed horrific acts that he now regrets, all for the Esoteric Order of Dagon. But as he tries desperately to find a way to go back in time to reverse his transgressions, the cult is equally desperate to stop him. The Old Ones features Kelli Maroney (Night of the Comet), Robert Miano (Night Caller), and Cyril O’Reily (X-Files).

Scalper – Clementine is a psychic who happens to have survived a close encounter with a serial killer known as the Scalper. When she agrees to be interviewed live on a radio show, the first caller is murdered live on air. Clementine then begins working with law enforcement to try and find the killer…a killer who seems to be copy-catting the Scalper.

Pig Killer – Jake Busey stars as Robert Pickton, a real life Canadian serial killer who also happened to be a pig farmer. In this depiction, Pickton “hides decades of horrifying murders behind a seemingly ordinary rural life.”

Someone’s Knocking at the Door – John and Wilma Hopper were sadistic killers who literally raped their victims to death, and were studied at a mental hospital that later became a medical school. Six students are reading up on the pair while using a new drug, and things quickly become deadly.

Easter Bunny, Kill! Kill! – “A teen’s home life spirals into a surreal slasher nightmare when a bunny-masked killer begins targeting those around him.”
