Stay up late for Shudder's Season of Screams Watch Parties

Shudder released all of the many details for the first two months of their four-month-long Season of Screams event, including original and exclusive films and their “Shudder Resurrected" titles.
Also included in that information was the schedule for their Watch Parties, and that’s what we will be dishing about right now. The Watch Parties are held every Friday at 9:00 p.m. ET on Shudder TV, and each week sports a theme, along with a curated double feature. There are a few surprises in the schedule that will give us triple features, and one of the Watch Parties will include a whopping six films. Let’s look!
Friday, September 4:
Can You Survive Your Sleep? – Parasomnia and Somnium are the two films that will be featured.
Friday, September 11:
Indigenous Horror – For this party, the featured films are Marama and La Llorona.
Friday, September 18:
Chamber Piece Terrors – Join the party to watch Goody Goody and Glorious.
Friday, September 25:
Whatever it Takes to Succeed – Bloody Tennis and The Ugly Stepsister will be featured.
Friday, October 2:
Found Footage Frights – The found footage movies that will be featured are Infirmary and Host.
Friday, October 9:
V/H/S Marathon – No mere double feature for this one – instead, we are being treated to SIX of the V/H/S films: V/H/S/Mixtape, V/H/S/Halloween, V/H/S/Beyond, V/H/S/85, V/H/S/99 and V/H/S/94.
Friday, October 16:
Surviving Halloween – Join the party to watch Hallowarrior and Night of the Demons.
Joe Bob's Halloween House Party joins Shudder's Season of Screams
Friday, October 23:
Joe Bob’s Halloween House Party – Joe Bob’s new special debuts tonight with two films that are top secret for now.
Sunday, October 25:
2026 Fangoria Chainsaw Awards – Watch this year’s Chainsaw Awards show, followed by a Full Moon Fever triple feature Watch Party at 10:30. For this party, we will be celebrating the Hunter’s Moon with The Cycle, Dog Soldiers, and Werewolves Within.
Friday, October 30:
Maniacs in Masks – Big Baby and Night of the Reaper are the featured films.
Saturday, October 31:
Trick or Treat – Of course, Shudder couldn’t let Halloween night fly by without a watch party! This one is another triple feature, with the original (and best) Halloween, Late Night with the Devil, and Deadstream on the marquee.
Sunday, November 1:
Dia de los Muertos – Again, this is not a holiday that goes unnoticed by Shudder. The featured films are Huesera: The Bone Woman and La Llorona.
